Tlhari Specials

1. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed after a 30% deposit. Full payment required 6 weeks before departure. Late bookings require full payment on confirmation.

2. Late Booking & Communication

Late bookings (less than 7 days) may incur extra fees. Payment must be made immediately on confirmation.

3. Price Changes

Prices may change due to fuel, taxes, currency fluctuations, or supplier adjustments.

4. Methods of Payment

Payments accepted via EFT or cash deposit. Provide confirmation of payment.

5. Insurance

Clients must obtain adequate travel insurance. Tlhari is not responsible if insurance is insufficient or not obtained.

6. Flight Timings

All timings are estimates. Tlhari is not liable for delays or schedule changes.

7. Flight Reconfirmation

Clients must reconfirm flights at least 72 hours prior. Tlhari is not liable for failure to do so.

8. Documents

Travel documents prepared after full payment. Check all details carefully before departure.

9. Unscheduled Extensions

Any extra expenses due to delays are for the passenger’s account.

10. Changes by You

Amendments may incur supplier fees + R250 admin fee per person. Unused services not refunded.

11. Cancellation by You

Cancellation fees depend on fare type and suppliers. Tlhari may charge up to 100% in special cases.

12. Our Right to Change

Minor changes may occur; Tlhari not liable for minor adjustments. Significant changes will be communicated.

13. Lost/Stolen Tickets

Report lost or stolen tickets immediately. Replacements depend on airline approval.

14. Airline Refunds

Refunds processed according to airline policies; may take up to 12 weeks.

15. Complaints

Report issues immediately to suppliers or Tlhari. Customer Service contact: [email protected]

16. Passports, Visas & Health

Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and vaccinations. Tlhari is not liable for non-compliance.

17. General Info

Includes taxes, special requests, medical info, renovations, credit card charges, and driver’s license requirements.

18. Force Majeure

Tlhari not liable for events outside control such as war, natural disasters, strikes, or weather.

19. Responsibility & Limitation

Tlhari acts as agent only. Liability rests with suppliers of services.

20. Jurisdiction

Legal proceedings may be instituted in any Magistrate’s Court in South Africa.

21. Legal

These Terms + booking form + invoice = full agreement. Governed by South African law.

22. Client Authority

By submitting, client confirms authority to make the booking and accept Terms & Conditions.
